These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the PlayBall website, mobile application, and all related services and functionalities (collectively, the "Platform"), which are owned and operated by PLAYBALL PLATFORM FZ-L.L.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("PlayBall", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, making a booking, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
PlayBall operates a digital platform that facilitates the organisation and participation in football matches. The services offered through the Platform may include, without limitation, match bookings, pay-per-game participation, membership plans, referral-based discounts, and games organised by PLAYBALL.
PlayBall acts solely as a platform facilitator. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PlayBall does not own, operate, or control football venues and shall not be considered the provider of sporting facilities.
Use of the Platform is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep such information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. PlayBall shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.
All bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking shall be deemed confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers, including Stripe. PlayBall does not store or process payment card details directly. Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, subject to availability.
Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the time of payment.
PlayBall may offer membership plans that allow users to participate in a predefined number of games during a specified period. Memberships do not renew automatically. Any unused games remaining at the end of the membership period shall expire and will not be carried forward or refunded.
Pay-per-game bookings permit participation in individual matches without the purchase of a membership.
Referral rewards, when offered, are provided in the form of discounts applicable to future subscriptions. Such rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable. PlayBall reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral programs at its discretion.
A player may cancel a confirmed booking up to ten (10) hours prior to the scheduled kick-off time.
Where a booking made under a membership plan is cancelled within the permitted time window, the corresponding game shall be credited back to the user's membership account. No cash refunds shall be issued for membership bookings.
The cancellation option shall remain visible on the Platform until four (4) hours prior to the scheduled kick-off time.
If a user attempts to cancel a booking between ten (10) hours and four (4) hours prior to kick-off, and a waiting list exists for the relevant match, the user shall be eligible to receive a flat twenty percent (20%) discount on a future pay-per-game booking. This discount shall apply exclusively to pay-per-game bookings and shall not be valid for membership plans, subscriptions, or any promotional offers.
If no waiting list exists for the relevant match during this period, the user shall be informed that the cancellation is subject to PlayBall’s standard cancellation policy, and no refund, credit, or discount shall be issued.
Failure to attend a booked match without cancelling within the permitted cancellation window (“No-Show”) shall result in the booked game being deemed used and forfeited. No refund, credit, or rescheduling shall be provided for No-Shows, including bookings made under a membership plan.
In addition, a formal warning shall be issued to the user’s account. Repeated No-Shows may result in further action at PlayBall’s discretion, including but not limited to temporary suspension of booking privileges, forfeiture of membership benefits, or termination of the user’s account.
Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
Participation in football involves inherent physical risks. By using the Platform and participating in games, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity.
